JD Campus already had a significant following in Asia through it’s collaborations with Indian designers like Manish Malhotra at various fashion weeks. They had recently launched an e-learning version of it’s campus-based courses, but had not had much success in selling online courses.

During our interview with the business we learned that the average margin on courses was quite high and we had a great cost per acquisition to work with. We first boosted organic and direct traffic through completing a range off on-site and off-site SEO tasks, designed to increase visibility across search and paid channels. Full analytics was set up for the site and this data was used to generate recommendations which were implemented to increase the conversion rate on specific landing pages and key purchase journeys. Remarketing campaigns were set up for all users that had visited a specific page or the whole site to create an artificial sense of stronger brand awareness. Finally we launched campaigns with national Coupon sites like Groupon.
